  1. When wearing, adjust the size so that there is enough space between the Elizabethan collar and your pet to fit about two fingers.
  2. Due to differences in neck circumference, body proportions, leg length, and fur thickness, the comfort of wearing may vary by individual. Please measure your pet’s neck and choose the appropriate size accordingly.
  3. If your cat/dog is playful, active, or resists wearing the collar, try tying a knot in the string at the buckle for a more secure fit. If they strongly dislike it, do not force prolonged wear—gradually increase wearing time to help them adapt.
  4. It is recommended to gently hand wash or wipe with a wet cloth. After washing, dry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, laying it flat.
  5. Wash dark and light-colored products separately. Dark-colored products may have slight loose dye during the first few washes; soak them in cold water with salt for about 30 minutes and wash 2-3 times to reduce this.
